Pembrokeshire

On 4 February 1977, a group of children at Broad Haven Primary School reported a strange object in the fields behind their school. That single episode became one of the best-known school sightings in Britain.

But it was only the most famous moment in a much wider run of reports. Through the spring and autumn of 1977, sightings were recorded at Little Haven, Ripperston, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest, Brawdy, the Dale Peninsula, St Davids and Stack Rocks — collectively remembered as the 1977 Welsh Triangle.
